BH High Homogenity Broadband Diffuser square

BH square diffusers (Broadband  high Homogeniety diffusers) are special flat-top beam shaping micro-refractive line diffusers, based on double sided square packed micro lens arrays.

Useful for any  laser application where shaping needs to be sharp, regardless of laser M2 , the BH square  diffuser offers excellent efficiency and uniformity within the sharp square shape. 

Typical applications include: 

• UV laser curing, de bonding, annealing and other processing
• Semiconductor wafer defect. inspection
• Multi KW ~1um IR laser processing – plate welding,  sintering , hardening

By combining precisely controlled  diffusion into the surfaces of the lens arrays, our BH square diffuser offers several advantages over standard  fly eye type diffusers:
